**This position will be in Back Bay until this summer/fall, then will transition to Newton, MA (Newton Corner).
We have a small cosmetic plastic surgery practice currently located in Back Bay, Boston. We offer a broad range of services including cosmetic surgery, nonsurgical cosmetic procedures, and injectables.
We are looking for someone that can be our lead patient coordinator and to help out with general office duties and administrative tasks. Responsibilities would include:
-Communicating with patients and serving as the primary contact through the initial inquiry/phonecall, consultation, procedure/treatment, and recovery.
-Providing price quotes and scheduling surgery/appointments
-Collecting payments and using an electronic medical record
-Answering the phone
-Helping with social media
-Ordering supplies/products
-General office responsibilities
-Helping with various marketing campaigns
-Potentially other responsibilities as the need arises with respect to our practice
The 2nd role of this position is to be the patient coordinator for the operating room. This would involve scheduling and coordinating surgery for the operating rooms, including preparing paperwork, billing, coordinating with anesthesia.
We are looking for someone who is:
-Detail oriented and extremely organized
-Friendly and energetic
-Customer service oriented
-Effective at communication
-Comfortable with basic computer skills and Windows PC
Bachelor's degree preferred.
